Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on fertilizers, prescribes the manner for control of conditions when placing fertilizers on wholesale and retail market, among rules on quality control of fertilizers, including detailed methods of their sampling and testing. These controls shall be done by state inspector of agriculture, ie phytosanitary inspector that takes three identical samples of each type of shipment, for which he compiles a report. This text is aligned with the provisions of the Regulation (EC) No. 2003/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to fertilizers.
