Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on fertilizers, prescribes the manner of examination of fertilizer consignments and indicates the documentation to be presented upon arrival at border crossings. During ordinary examination at border point, standard or additional sampling indications, examination recommendations, quantity of samples and the procedure for delivery of samples to authorized laboratories are also here indicated (article 3 which indicates the Regulation on detailed conditions to be met by legal entities authorized for examination of fertilizers as relevant text). This text is harmonized with the provisions of the Regulation (EC) No. 2003/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to fertilizers.
