Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the national Law on waste management, prescribes the manner of handling asbestos waste and waste from products containing asbestos. This text defines rules in relation to the following topics: transportation of asbestos waste; packaging and marking or labelling of asbestos waste; treatment of asbestos waste; processing of asbestos waste; storage; removal of asbestos waste; disposal of waste from equipment containing free asbestos.
The Annex is also part of this publication (set of reporting forms).
