Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on fertilizers, prescribes the manner of implementation of measures for temporary or permanent ban of production and placing on the market of fertilizers depending on the risk assessment of possible threats to human, animal, plant and environmental health. This text is harmonized with the provisions of the Regulation (EC) No. 2003/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to fertilizers.
