Abstract
This Regulation determines the manner of issuing authorizations to control and/or certification bodies for the performance of expert control and professional scientific institutions and other legal entities which are engaged in the performance of analyzes and superanalyses in organic agricultural production. This text also provides for the form, necessary contents and manner for keeping of related records. Authorization to perform expert control in organic agricultural production is issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, based on a submitted request of the interested control/certification body. This Regulation further complies with the rules prescribed in the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 889/2008 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products with regard to organic production, labelling and control.
