Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the national Law on fertilizers, prescribes the manner of monitoring in the field of production, processing, storage, distribution, use and conformity of fertilizers, as well as the quality control of fertilizers. The monitoring in the field of production, processing, storage, distribution, use and conformity of fertilizers, as well as the quality control of fertilizers shall be carried out by measuring, monitoring, evaluation and control of parameters for identification and proving the quality of fertilizers at import, export, processing, storage, distribution, use and compliance of fertilizers, as well as monitoring at all stages of the production process, by taking samples of related fertilizers.
