Regulation on the manner of performing monitoring and control of the presence of residues, contaminants, unauthorized substances, raw materials and products in animal feed and the manner of performing official controls and procedures for monitoring and control of residues, contaminants, unauthorized substances, raw materials and products in animal feed.

This Regulation prescribes the manner for the performance of monitoring and control tasks part of official controls and procedures for the monitoring of residues, contaminants, unauthorized substrates, and raw materials present in animal feed.
Monitoring, control and official controls are carried out by official veterinary at all stages of production, processing, storage and distribution of animal feed according to the Annual Monitoring Programme of feed safety. The monitoring of animal feed covers the following activities: sampling; laboratory analysis of the sample; actions to be undertaken in the event of an inconsistent result.
