Regulation on the manner of placing on the market of fertilizers in bulk condition.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on fertilizers, determines the manner of placing on the market of fertilizers in bulk condition. Fertilizers of all types in bulk condition, shall be placed on the market packed in containers of wooden, plastic and metal packaging, and transported in dump trucks, or in ordinary vehicles that have appropriate equipment for loading and unloading, as well as equipment for protection of fertilizers from atmospheric conditions. Liquid fertilizers are stored in boxes of different sizes, made of chemically resistant materials to such liquid fertilizers (stainless steel, aluminum and plastic). Ammonium nitrate fertilizers should not be placed on the market in bulk condition (article 2). Article 4 indicates the necessary bulk fertilizer declaration contents. This text is harmonized with the provisions of the Regulation (EC) No. 2003/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to fertilizers.
