Regulation on the manner of registration, change, deletion, necessary accompanying documentation for registration, manner of handling, use, publication and storage of data from the information system for tobacco records.

This Regulation, based on the provisions Macedonian Law on tobacco, tobacco products and related products, prescribes the manner of registration, change, deletion, the necessary accompanying documentation for registration, manner for handling, use, publishing and storing data in the tobacco information system for tobacco records register (ISET). The entry of related data in the information system for tobacco records is performed by downloading data on agricultural economy from the Single Register of Agricultural Holdings. ISET data are stored in electronic form for a period of five years and shall be used for administrative control of applicants for financial support, for the needs of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy engaged in monitoring, analysis and creation of policies in agriculture and rural development.
