Regulation on the manner of submitting the request and the form and content of the application form for amendment and addition of the report or specification.

This Regulation stipulates the conditions, procedures and administrative issues as regards the submission of the official request for the modification of report or elaborate, and respectively the deriving specification (for foodstuff and agricultural products).
This Regulation further transposes the provisions contained in the Commission Regulation (EC) No 1216/2007 of 18 October 2007 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 509/2006 on agricultural products and foodstuffs as traditional specialities guaranteed; Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2006 of 14 December 2006 laying down detailed rules of implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 510/2006 on the protection of geographical indications and designations of origin for agricultural products and foodstuffs.
