Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on seeds and seedlings of agricultural plants, determines the manner for taking samples, the procedure for performing post-control for determining the identity, purity, type and variety of agricultural plants, including the amount of compensation fees for post-control, as well as the percentage of sampling that are included in post-control of separate types of agricultural plants.
