Abstract
This Regulation determines the manner for work of the expert commission for implementation of procedures for the registration of protected marks of agricultural and food products. The members of the Commission discuss and decide on issues that have been put into agenda, make proposals for additions to the agenda and propose decisions or conclusions that they think should be made. The Commission fully discusses and decides at sessions in the presence of at least four members with a majority of votes from the total number of members. The commission shall notify the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and water management.
