Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the rules and necessary methods for implementation of designated measures aimed at destruction or removal of harmful plant organisms and measures and method of implementation of disinfection, disinfection or deratization of such harmful organisms. Article 3 list the rules designated to prevent the introduction and spread of harmful organisms on plants, plant products and other related objects/products.
