Abstract
This Regulation determines the method for keeping of the unique records of offenses, sanctions imposed and decisions made in misdemeanor proceedings related to the hunting sector. This text also defines the method of accessing information that is contained in the unique record of hunting offenses.
The Annex is also part of this text (Form no. 1 for the record of misdemeanor cases for natural persons; Form no. 2 for the record of misdemeanor cases for legal entities; Form no. 3 for the record of misdemeanor cases for minors).
