Abstract
This Regulation determines the method for keeping of the unique record of offenses, sanctions imposed and decisions made in misdemeanor proceedings. This text further defined the method of accessing information contained in this kind of records on agricultural penalties. The misdemeanor records shall be kept in electronic form by processing special forms that are given in the Annex of this text. Any legal or natural person can request information about himself from the offender records database, upon submitting a proper request.
