Regulation on the method of providing advisory assistance and method of mediation as well as the form and content of application form for the consolidation of agricultural land with exchange and necessary documentation.

This Regulation sets the method of providing advisory assistance that consists of mediation: - between the participants in the procedure for the consolidation of agricultural land with exchange for the achievement of a fair agreement for the exchange of agricultural land, - with the Real Estate Cadastre Agency in terms of providing cadastral data (property list, sketches of cadastral plots) and registration in the public real estate book, - with the local self-government units in terms of providing documentation for the participants in the procedure for the consolidation of agricultural land in exchange for paid property taxes or for the amount of unpaid property taxes and the amount of the administrative fee for exchange, - with the Public Revenue Administration when providing documentation for paid taxes to the participants in the procedure for the consolidation of agricultural land by exchange (property taxes and personal tax of income) and - when signing an exchange agreement with a notary attorney. This type of mediation shall be carried out through direct contact.
