Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the method of providing personal needs with firewood to natural persons from the state forest, the form and content of the forest stamp for marking the wood mass cut by natural persons and the color that will be used when stamping the forest mark, as well as the form and content of the Register of data for records of cut timber in a state low-stemmed forest by natural persons for their own needs and the way of keeping these records. Individuals who need to be provided with firewood from a state forest for their own needs shall submit a request to the Public Enterprise for State Forest Management Macedonian Forests and other entities in charge of managing of related forest areas.
