Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions and determines the method for registration in the Register of wine producers and sets rules regarding the deletion from the Register of wine producers. This text also indicates necessary documentation as well as the form, content and manner for keeping of such Register. List of documentation that is requested for registration purposes is laid down in article 3. Mandatory data elements that shall be inserted into the Register are fully listed in article 7.
