Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the official methods for determining the total content of water (laboratory chemical test) for quality controls over the poultry meat and fresh, frozen and quick frozen poultry meat parts or similar.
This Regulation adopts the principles contained in Council Directives related to the subject here defined.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
