Abstract
This Regulation defines the concrete standards to be adopted when sampling the milk in order to perform the super analysis(hygiene and food safety), including the methods of confirmation or reference methods used in the case of certain irregularities in milk.
This Regulation is aligned with Council Directives related to the subject here defined.
