Abstract
This Regulation determines detailed rules regarding the minimum quality conditions, physical and chemical properties (organoleptic properties) and sets the method for classification of grains and rice that are placed on the market. This text is further in accordance with the requirements stipulated in the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation).
