Regulation on minimum technical conditions for performing the activity of storage, treatment and/or processing of waste, form and content of the application form for obtaining, changing and renewing a permit for processing, treatment and/or storage of waste, as well as on form and content of these permits.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on waste management, prescribes the minimum technical conditions for performing activities of storage, treatment and/or processing of waste, the form and content of application forms for obtaining, changing and renewing of necessary processing permit (permits also for treatment and/or storage of waste), as well as the form and content of these permits. The minimum technical conditions for performing the activity of storage, treatment and/or waste processing are the following: 1. The storage, treatment and processing of waste should be safe for the environment as well as with the aim to reduce pollution including pollution control and reduction equipment; 2. effectively identify, evaluate and deal with significant environmental impacts; 3. the minimum area of site for which the processing permit is required, waste treatment and/or storage should be at least 1000 square meters; 4. waste tracking system that records the quantity, nature, origin, and if necessary the destination, the frequency of collection, the manner of transportation and method of treatment and/or processing for each type of waste; 5. keeping records of any type of waste delivered to the facility or installation in accordance with related regulations in the field of waste management.
