Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions Macedonian Law on tobacco, tobacco products and related products, prescribes the minimum technical standards and conditions that should meet the equipment, hardware and quality functions by the software for electronic information system for tobacco records. This text also indicates the conditions for related database software use, maintenance and upgrade.
