This Regulation prescribes the correct manner for carrying out official controls aimed to verify the application and implementation of animal feed safety regulations and their deriving rules.
An official veterinarian shall carry out these official controls on animal feed safety (at all stages of production, processing, storage and distribution in order to of determine the health/sanitary conditions of animal feed).
