Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on seeds and seedlings of agricultural plants, prescribes necessary personnel, spatial and technical conditions, including the manner of work of authorized legal entities for performing professional control over the production of seed crops and plantations of seedlings of agricultural plant varieties.
