Abstract
This Regulation determines the rules regarding the place of installation, the method of installation, the form and content of the request as well as the form and content of the approval for related installation of bee colonies or families in forests present on the national territory. Bee colonies can only be placed on stands in forests that are not provided for forest cultural works in special plans for forest management. The placement of bees in forests can be done in the following way: stationary placement method, raised from the ground at least 20 cm and placed in rows; migratory placement method, depending on the means of relocation, platform, truck or bus. The places where bees shall be placed should be properly fenced and secured.
