Regulation on plant passports.

This Regulation prescribes the form and content of the application form for obtaining authorization to issue plant passports (issued by phytosanitary authorities), the form, content and method of keeping records of persons issuing plant passports, the form and content of plant passports, the form, content, the method and deadlines for reporting, as well as the time periods for keeping the documents of producers, processors, importers and distributors of plants, plant products and other objects and products and the duration of keeping passports of the buyers of plants, plant products and other related objects/plant products.
