Abstract
This Regulation determines the official state pricelist for forest damages. For an illegally cut tree, i.e. for the illegal appropriation of a fallen, broken or bent tree or part of a tree, the amount of the price for the damage divided in different types of damage (technical wood, fuelwood or heating wood in article 2; illegal timber articles 3-7).
