Regulation on procedural form and content of the request for enrollment into the register of agricultural companies.

This Regulation provides for the administrative form and indicates the necessary contents of related application for enrollment or entry into the Macedonian register of agricultural cooperatives. The application for entry in the register of agricultural cooperatives shall contain the following information and data: name of the agricultural cooperative; seat of the agricultural cooperative; unique tax number of the agricultural cooperative; number of the decision for entry in the Central Register of the Republic of Macedonia; agricultural holdings-members of the agricultural cooperative; priority activity of the agricultural cooperative; list of authorized persons of the agricultural cooperative.
