Regulation on the procedure and deadline for introduction into possession and the form and content of the minutes form.

This Regulation determines the procedure, the deadline for the introduction into possession, the form and content of the form of the minutes (see Annex of this text for related forms). The commission for introduction into possession starts the procedure for introduction into possession after receiving the lease agreement. The Ministry submits the lease agreement within three days from the day of conclusion to the competent Commission for the introduction of possession, in three identical copies, one for the Commission and two for the lessee. The President of the Commission confirms the receipt of the lease agreement with a handover record.
