Regulation on the procedure and documentation for registration and on the content of records for fertilizers that are imported.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on fertilizers, prescribes the procedure and documentation for registration of fertilizers that are imported. This text further indicates the necessary contents of records that shall be submitted. Only fertilizers that are imported under the terms of this Regulation can be placed on the national market (article 2). The registration of fertilizers is done by registering in the List of fertilizers, based on a written request from the legal entity that places fertilizers on the market, submitted to the Phytosanitary Administration.
