Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions and procedures for appointing and dismissing the members of the Commission for Protection and Welfare of Animals, including all necessary administrative issues, and the contents of the Rulebook of internal procedures for the functioning of such Commission.
The national Food and Veterinary Agency is the direct responsible institution as regards the functions and aims of the Commission, also in terms of professional and scientific needs.
