Abstract
This Regulation determines the procedure for issuing consent for the construction of auxiliary buildings, also greenhouse or other facilities which are engaged in primary processing of agricultural products on agricultural land. This text further provides for related form of the request and indicates the list of necessary documentation. These forms are all given in the Annex of this text. After the request and the submitted documentation, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, within ten days from the date of submission, shall perform an on-site field inspection of the agricultural land for which consent is requested for the construction of auxiliary facilities, a greenhouse or a facility for the primary processing of agricultural products on agricultural land.
