Abstract
This Regulation determines the procedure and prescribes the method forest data use (forest planning documents). This text further sets amount of the compensation fee for related data use. The data from planning documents is provided upon request by the interested natural or legal person. Requests state the type of data requested and the need for that specific data. This type of request shall be submitted to the user, that is, the owner of such forest planning documents.
