Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on fertilizers, prescribes the procedure for requesting superanalysis of fertilizers. If one of the parties does not agree with obtained results from tests performed by an authorized laboratory, it is possible to submit a request for superanalysis within the deadline stipulated in article 35 of the Law on fertilizers. The superanalysis procedure is performed upon the request submitted by a legal or natural person registered for production, import and trade of fertilizers, directly to the State Phytosanitary Administration. This text is harmonized with the provisions of the Regulation (EC) No. 2003/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to fertilizers.
