Abstract
This Regulation defines the correct manner and necessary procedures for taking samples (inspection and analysis with the aim of determining the constituents, additives and undesirable substances that may be present, excluding the residues of pesticides and micro-organisms) of animal feed (on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia).
This Regulation is aligned with the Commission Regulation (EC) 152/2009, prescribing the methods of sampling and analysis for the official control of animal feed (CELEX no. 32009R0152).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
