Regulation on the procedure for the use of agricultural land for non-agricultural purposes, the form and content of the request form and necessary documentation.

This Regulation determines the procedure, form and content of the request form (given in the Annex of this text) for issuing a positive opinion on the use of agricultural land for non-agricultural purposes (as for detailed geological research and exploitation of mineral resources). This text further provides the list of necessary documentation. The request for issuing a positive opinion on the use of agricultural land for non-agricultural purposes for detailed geological research and exploitation of mineral resources shall contain specific data and information as listed in article 2.
