Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on seeds and seedlings of agricultural plants, determines the necessary procedures and methods for examination of varieties of agricultural plants, and also sets rules as regards varieties of agricultural plants for which no examination of production and use value is required. Examination of new varieties of agricultural plants is performed on the following types of agricultural plants: cereals; fodder plants and turnips; plants for production of fiber and oil; garden plants.
