Regulation on procedures and methods for testing the diversity, uniformity and stability of agricultural plant variety (Dus-test).

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on seeds and seedlings of agricultural plants, prescribes necessary procedures and methods for testing the diversity, uniformity and stability of new varieties of agricultural plants for the protection of a new variety. Procedures and methods for testing the diversity, uniformity and stability of new varieties of agricultural plants (DUS-test), include field and laboratory tests, which are performed according to generally applicable methods, and are in accordance with the technical instructions and requirements of International Convention for the Protection of New Varieties.
