Abstract
This Regulation determines and provides the procedures necessary for the organic food production and processing on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.
As defined by this text, the organic food during its processing should be handled with procedures that guarantee its effective organic integrity and organic purity at all stages of the production chain (also for food ingredients).
This Regulation also transpose the principles contained in the Commission Regulation (EC) No 889/2008 of 5 September 2008 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products with regard to organic production, labelling and control.
