Abstract
This Regulation provides for various standards (minimum requirements and specific exemption cases) in terms of quality to be implemented when defining the quality status of raw milk and fresh milk for human consumption (and various dairy products in starter cultures and similar), further prescribing some additional administrative/certification issues.
This Regulation adopts the principles contained in Council Directives related to the subject here defined.
