Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the spatial, technical, technological and infrastructural conditions to be met by all production facilities which are engaged in performance of functions or activities of agricultural cooperatives. Specific spatial, technical, technological and infrastructural conditions that should be met by these production capacities of small-scale agricultural cooperatives are laid down in article 2; article 3 sets out the same rules as regards large scale cooperatives.
