Abstract
This Regulation determines the special criteria for individual animal species, breeds and hybrids that are intended for breeding according to the adopted animal breeding programmes. Special criteria for individual species, breeds and hybrids is the determination of the presence or absence of genetically predisposed, i.e. hereditary diseases or conditions. Genetically predisposed, ie hereditary diseases or conditions in certain types of domestic animals are: 1. In cattle: - VAO (bovine leukocyte adhesion deficiency) and - CVM (complex vertebral malformation); 2. In sheep: - Prion protein genotyping and - Milk protein polymorphism; 5. In goats:- Prion protein genotyping and - Milk protein polymorphism and 4. In pigs - Stress sensitivity.
