Abstract
This Regulation determines the necessary professional qualification for legal or natural persons, who are professionally qualified to perform professional supervision over individual public services. The legal entity for carrying out professional supervision over individual public services should have employed at least three people who are graduate engineers from the scientific field of animal biotechnology, animal husbandry, who should have a minimum of five years of work experience in the area of the implementation of professional public service tasks.
