Regulation on special safety requirements for quick frozen foods.

This Regulation prescribes the specific security requirements to be met by quick frozen food (also in terms of monitoring of temperatures in vehicles, warehouses and storage for quick frozen foods).
In terms of this Regulation, ice cream and other products of ice intended for human consumption are not considered fast frozen foods.
This Regulation is aligned with various Council Directives related to the subject here defined.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
