Abstract
This Regulation prescribe the methods for: safe and secure storage of raw milk and taking samples for analysis and super analysis, content, form and manner of filling the reports on analysis of raw milk, further defining the classification issues and methods of valuation of raw milk, as well as the necessary terms and rules for the authorized execution of the training program (training for milk quality controllers).
This Regulation adopts the principles contained in Council Directives related to the subject here defined.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
