Regulation on trade in cereal seeds.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on seeds and seedlings of agricultural plants, prescribes detailed procedural and technical issues regarding the trade in cereal seeds. Types of cereal plant varieties are listed in article 2. Topics covered in this text are also related to cereal seed packaging and repackaging, registration, seed quality, marketing conditions, data collection and reporting, controls and tests, certification and label contents.
