Regulation on trade in potato seeds.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on seeds and seedlings of agricultural plants, determines all necessary rules as regards the potato seed trade. Topics covered by this Regulation are also related to potato planting material packaging and repackaging, registration, potato seed quality, marketing conditions, data collection and reporting, controls and tests, certification and label contents.
