Regulation on trade in propagating material and planting material (seedlings of horticultural plants).

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on seeds and seedlings of agricultural plants, prescribes detailed procedural and technical issues regarding the trade in propagating material and seedlings of horticultural plants (agricultural plants intended for the production of vegetables). This text also complies with European Union legislation as indicted in article 2. Topics covered by this Regulation are further related to packaging and repackaging, registration, seed quality, marketing conditions, data collection and reporting, controls and tests, certification and label contents.
