Regulation on trade in propagating material and planting material of ornamental plants.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on seeds and seedlings of agricultural plants, prescribes detailed procedural and technical issues regarding the trade in propagating material and planting material of ornamental plants. This text also complies with European Council Directive 98/56/EC on the marketing of propagating material of ornamental plants. Topics covered by this Regulation are further related to packaging and repackaging, registration, seed quality, marketing conditions, data collection and reporting, controls and tests, certification and label contents.
